About Cancellations

We kindly ask that any changes and cancellations are made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If you cancel or modify your appointment with less than 24 hours notice it is considered a “Late Cancellation”. Late cancellations will be subject to a fee of 50% of the total cost for your scheduled appointment.

All guests who late cancel or do not show up for their scheduled appointment, may be required to leave a 50% deposit for one of their future services. This deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation within the requested 24-hour time frame.

As a courtesy, appointment confirmation messages are sent five days, three days, and 48 hours in advance of appointments by both SMS and email to the contact information given at time of booking. Failing to respond to those messages or not confirming your appointment does not count as cancelling your appointment. To avoid a cancellation fee, you must cancel your appointment more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

If you feel there is something off with your hair or service, please reach out to us, we are happy to make adjustments! All service adjustment requests must be performed within two weeks of original appointment or additional charges may apply.
